Wow, I'm amazed that this poacher received all this support from our members.

Yep. Hopefully they just didn't read the entire thread. I doubt landmand would have posted this on mere speculation. At least I hope not. Any more info you can share on this landman?

I meant no disrespect. With the information supplied in the original post, it was not clear if this was speculation and rumor or if charges had actually been filed.

Just curious, do you know how the authorities caught wind of this infraction?

With the fencing and closed firebreaks on the South end of Ft C theirs not a lot that slips by, and anymore
several people are watching large bucks year round, something's just don't go unnoticed. In this
Case I didn't ask, and I try not, it helps when I ask for help with problems and they also know whenever
they need help I will. That being said I would think the online picture could have started it,
It seems to catch many game violators

People just cant stand it until they post crap on FB. Stupidity catches far more criminals than anything else.

Due process folks. May have been poached is a far cry from "convicted of poaching by a jury of his peers." Remember all of those awesome deer [pached on Fort Campbell a few years ago? TWRA got the job done. They will take care of this too.
