Been working on this plot for the past month or so. Trying to get lime down soon. Ph is about 5.5 right now. Any suggestions for getting a good crop this coming fall?

Looking Good. I'd say Lime and seed w/ rye and clover/chickory mix. The rye should provide a fall "Nurse" crop and the clover will come up but will establish itself the spring after, when the rye dies off. IF you wanted to sow something before then, you could sow buckwheat in May and then sow rye in Aug.-Sept.
