pigs

Just wondering if any of you guys that fish the Caney fork below the dam have seen any pigs.i had one come across my hay feild the other day and i don't know of anybody that has had pigs within 2 or 3 miles of my place for years.He was just the right size to put in the ground!About knee high and black as an ace of spades.Keep your eyes open and let me know.

Yep, you got that right.Man I miss a good Congo Party.That was some good times.

I was over there with Doc and Darrel McGowan one Saturday afternoon and Dewey brought out the good stuff,,man what a show..

God rest Darrel he didn't have a lick of sense,But I loved him.Hell i aint seen doc in years.Last Congo Party i remember, me, Tom Turner, Russel "weeds" Woods, Pa Dewy, Doc,and Tony Vaden, skinned a hog and cooked it on a smoker.I came home and dug a bunch of taters and we baked them with the hog.My daughter was 6 months old and sat with us all night by the smoker while the pig was cooking.She is 20 now.Damn that makes me feel old.We skinned that pig and then went to Half Mile Springs and waded the river and gigged some suckers to cook.If that aint a redneck,I don't know what is.About 3 or 4 hundred people showed up for the party that night and the good stuff was flowing.
