Is really starting to show up now.Gave up pretty early Sunday morning, decided to move a couple stands.Saw several new scrapes and rubs, surprising to me.

Also ,seen the fewest rubs ever this year.although buck movement has been pretty good.Doesnt make sense.

NE Perry co BTW.

thats interesting, I have been seeing scrapes and rubs since early archery season and just saw a couple fresh scrapes yesterday. williamson and maury counties. is perry co usually farther behind?

Wow, two of my clients on the Perry/Humphreys County line have already seen the rut come and go. One of the best they've experience too.

Same here football hunter. I saw the least amount of sign this season that I've ever found. I've been seeing bucks almost every time out but the sign just hasn't been there. This past weekend I did some scouting and found several fresh scrapes and rubs, more than I have found at any other time this season. Yesterday afternoon I moved a stand to a line of rubs about 8 or 9 in 100yrds down a ridge all of which have been done in the last week to week and a half. I will say they have acted differently this season than I've ever seen before here.

I have a farm in NW Perry County. We saw several fresh scrapes in mid November. Some decent chasing, and I killed the best buck to come off our farm since it has been in the family for 30+ years. I have a friend and he has 120 acres of timber about 15 mile south of us and is just now seeing scrapes and rubs.
