Pelitized Lime?

Where have you guys buy your pelitized lime? Can you buy it in bulk? I have a few small plots and logging roads I need to lime where I can't get a lime buggy for pulverized lime.

I buy mine at the Woodard Bros here in Defeated. IT's $2.00 per bag.

Just about any lawn and garden store will carry the palletized lime. It's just pulveresisd lime that is mixed with organic compounds to make it "Ball up" and be easier to spread with spreaders.

Pelletized lime is actually dolostone, which has Mg as well as Ca. Magnesium is very important for photosynthesis.

It will break you if you are doing a big enough area to actually make a difference.

Yes you can buy it most places but its sooooo expensive if you have 30 plus fields as we do so we just go bulk pulverized!
