We took some romas, a few san marzanos, oregano, and genovese basil from the garden and made some sauce. We had a diced onion and a few garlic cloves minced in there also. Well, I say we but my better half did most of the cooking. All I did was come in at the end and dump way too much italian sausage in the sauce! Will tweek it a little for the next batch as this was just a small test run. Better than any store bought crap that's for sure!
