You're whackin' and stackin' slim! I went out for a short while Sat eve and didn't have anything respond at all! Just tried some male and female calls, then at last light went to a rabbit distress, all to no avail.

We've killed some with distress sounds this week but most came into howls followed by challenge barks then pup distress

Thanks for the info slim, I didn't add in any pup distress, but will next time out. The wind was "howling" too, so that may have had some negative effect as well.

I'm hunting the hills and hollers of completely wooded terrain, so it's a little tougher to get the sound out I'd think. I know they're around, seen them during deer season but couldn't get a shot at them, and have them on my tcams.
