Passed a mature buck this morning

I passed a mature buck this morning, even though he was very tempting. I am saving my last tag in hopes of killing a specific buck. I saw chasing from 6:45 to 11:15 this morning. It was non stop from 9:30 till 11:15. It finally died down. I ended up seeing 4 bucks and 17 does. It was one of them mornings you dream of.

This late in the year, good chance he will make it. Prob won't explode next year, but maybe!

Been dead here, sat about 7 hours yesterday and didn't see a single deer. A single doe so far here this morning.

That's a blessing to be able to let a mature buck go in your hunting area speaks volumes for the quality of the property IMO.
