some of those park lakes are TWRA family lakes and if you look at page 22 in the fishing guide column next to each one it says whether outboards are permitted or not. it also says no wake regardless.
those other couple of lakes in henderson co are managed by the beech river water shed.
also some of those lakes have limits on bluegills.
