Well high wind or not I'm in the tree with the ole smokepole!! Waiting on that big un to come out. Anyone else hunting in the wind this morning?

It's not windy here maybe 3-5mph out of the north...I've seen 2 yearling bucks and the wife just had a goodun blow by dogging two does...looks promising

Yup out in the wind here in Dickson. Had one doe come by little after 6 and anothet just now. 1st shot not till 6:34 and only heard total of 6 shots now. Just feels good to be out in the woods. Off 12 days over the next 3 weeks.

Seen one doe do far and shes bedded about 40 yards away. Light drizzle and a light breeze.

Sumner county one young buck so far, neighbor has shot 4 times already. Heard 7 or 8 shots so far

Wolf River WMA - Covered up in turkeys. No deer

Seen 5 so far, shot one big doe, gonna sit awhile longer. 10-15 mph winds here NNE. My buddy shot an eight pointer a few minutes ago, deer defiantly moving here in Decaturville.



Ended up shooting a 2nd doe and helped my buddy drag his deer.

Seen 15 + doe all different directions so I stopped counting . Had a spike and 6 point at first daylight lightly sparring

Slow morning here. Couldn't see a whole lot for my eyes burning and watering in the 15 mph north wind in my face. Better times are ahead no doubt

Slow here for me just seen one run by at Mach speed. Sounds like my dad may have shot once, another guy twice, and the other once. I haven't got on radio to chatter yet but hopefully one of them has a couple...so we can eat at camp tonight[emoji106]
