OnX or any other gps app

Does OnX or any of the other GPS map apps have the correct WMA boundaries like the TWRA website that can be seen and used without phone service? I will be taking kids the majority of the time I go this year and want to make sure we don't end up some where we're not supposed to be.

I've only ventured out to a few WMAs in my short time in TN, but so far the WMAs are correct on OnX. You can download maps for offline use (without service) and the gps in your phone still works (satellite) to show you where you are on the offline map. I do always double check with the TWRA maps before I head out to a new property, but so far it's 100%. OnX is one of my favorite apps on my phone.

I've been shocked at how accurate the OnX property line layer has been.
