Who's going Sunday ? I am making my first trip to Old Hickory . Hope to visit with some friends I haven't seen in a while and maybe Andy too . Lol

I have two tax returns that I told myself I have to finish, but will work all night to get them done if need be.
I have fallen in love with 3D. I've gotten skunked on my properties and never see deer, but in 3D there's an animal at every station. LOL! Plus there's a guy there that makes fantastic burgers.

I had a blast down at Old Hickory . Great course and awesome set up for an archery club . I got to shoot with this feller , he has a unique shooting style but he sure is ugly .

Geez, bless that poor feller's little heart—he looks to have more issues than a magazine! And what's with the photobomb selfie while bowhunter163 is at full draw?

On a serious note, it was great seeing you again my friend and sharing some stake-time and laughs!
As far as what you see in those pics, we weren't shooting at a stump....lol. That tree just fell a few weeks ago and the stump has a hole thru it where it buckled that gives a little window. So we put the mule deer target behind it so all you could see was the scoring rings. I was standing in the bottom of an old stump hole that is about 4ft deep, with very uneven footing and Mike was standing up on the side of the hole, near the top with uneven footing.
If you haven't participated in a 3D shoot, I strongly advise you to do so!!! Not only will it greatly improve your shooting skills and make a you a better bowhunter, it is cheap fun compared to other things—like movie going, golf, bowling, etc..., and you get to do it outside with people you will automatically share common interests. I promise, there is a club within most of you!!
