Depends on where you set the cams up...are they in open fields or closer to bedding areas? Open fields keep them away from the rising and setting sun...bedding just get the shot cause its probably so thick at this time of year the sun won't effect you

This time of year, but don't worry about it as much with all the leaves and on the trees. Towards the end of October when I move them to scrapes and pinch points, I try my best to face them north. I've had a few giants on camera a where the sun has ruined the pics....all you can make out is the frame of the rack

No, just don't point them directly in the direction of sun up/down.
Pretty much what I do, especially when you have a ton of foliage like we do at the moment. I become a little more conscientious of the exact direction after leaf drop, but I still rarely face them all north all the time.

I never point em south during the winter when the sun is so low in the sky, obviously never east or west, unless there was a steep hill or bluff or dense trees that blocked the sun of course. I try to face them somewhat north most of the time.
