It's Big Nic and the handlers, not so much Nico. I mean, Nico could have put a stop to it I guess, but who is going to stand against their father and the "professionals" that are supposed to have his best interests in mind.

I do not agree with that. its his choice where he wants to play and for how much. yes his dad might want him to play somewhere else and for more money, but his dad cant decide that for him.
 
I'd be more upset/worried if he wasn't in the bottom half of SEC qb's last season and if he could make the occasional deep pass.

From what I've seen of him, one of the supposedly high ranked backups might even be a as good or a better option.
 
I certainly have mixed feelings with Nico and his performance. I think he will improve considerably from freshman to sophomore. But how big of a jump he makes is anyone's guess.

I'm NOT convinced that he is going to light the world on fire with his talent. But sure as he transfersā€¦.he will light it up somewhere else

I'm hopeful that they work something out but I don't think he deserves some crazy amount of money. This is just the new world of college athletics we live in. Everyone can negotiate new contracts just like other professional sports. It sucks!
 
I'd say it's a done deal . He gone! See ya Lama Lover and your gold digging diddy. The pajama pants and sun glasses at night should've told us everything we needed to know early on.
 
He didn't practice Thursday either. And missed a handful of other practices this spring.
 
Born and raised a Tennesseean and root for the home team but it's getting ridiculous. I don't know how much more regular people will take before they say screw these prima-donnas , I'm staying home. They need us more than we need them. Folks should turn it off ; but they won't.
