Its looking warm. Upper 50s and 60s . Do u think crappie will bite. Have a hankering to wet a line. Figure water will warm up a dew degrees by end of the week.

Yes,maybe. I went last Thursday on a south/southwest wind and it changed around to out of the east and they shut down.

TVA doesn't drop Cherokee as low as they used to. Poor Valley used to be just the creek channel by late deer season, we'd catch fish around the exposed stumps. they also fill it up further than when i was a teenager. now you can take a pontoon boat all the way from Morristown to the steam plant at Rogersville. i can remember being able to wade all the way across below the dam in summer . admittedly, you had to know WHERE to wade...
