New Years Eve Chow !!!!

I grilled up a couple of small back strap piece I had in the freezer on New Years Eve for my brother and I - covered with saute'd onions and peppers - they were out of this world !!!!

It was still 'cooking' I cut it before it had a chance to rest, it came up to a perfect rare just on the med side love 'em like that ....
