I am(was) the world record holder for spotted bass!!! Me and my daughter were fishing and I threw a white/chartreuse spinnerbait along a boatslip and the fish hit it, it got around the end of a houseboat but a got our boat around so I could get the fish in open water and got it up to where I could reach down a grab it by the jaw, I thought " hum , small mouth but it's green" I got it in and felt the tongue patch and told my daughter to get the scales. We got it hooked up and I asked her what it said and she said "29.25"!!!! I said " Pea this is a new world record!!! Get my phone and call the game warden" She got it and was dialing……then my alarm went off!!!
