Nice! Actually, a great carp and buffalo honeyhole is flooded fields. A few months ago, BD caught some on a flooded soccer field in Hendersonville. I guess Old Hickory dumped out of its banks and into the field.
There is a cornfield in IL they kill the catfish and carp in every year the IL river floods. Then in the fall, we put deer stands around it. Nice multi-purpose food plot.

We shot quite a few carp and channels in a field off of spring creek during the almighty 1000 year flood.
