Killed a big doe yesterday. Bought a new crossbow on here and man did the parker enforcer with red hot bolts and broadheads impress. 30 yards through a 4 inch opening between saplings and the arrow passed through behind the shoulder and stuck in a tree 5 yards behind her. Was really impressed. She went 20 yards into some thick stuff and laid down. Great ending to a bad day. First doe I saw I shot at and found about 4 inches of the back of the bolt vein and shaft on the ground five yards past her. Never found the rest of the arrow and found one spec of blood in a 100 acres we grid searched with three people. Glad the second one didn't go far.
