Need some help

I have had a terrible hunting season this year need some help. Does anyone know of public land that I might be able to at least kill a doe this late in the year.around Roane ,Rhea,Meigs .

I know of some tva land in rhea county, its hunted to death but there is some deer there. Pm me and I will try to tell u directions
