Need new venison steak marinade/rub

Have been marinating my backstraps in Allegro and it rocks but I need something else to try before I get sick of it.

Whats your favorite venison steak marinade or rub?

Sprinkle your steaks with Allegro or Dale's, then add the same amount of Worsch. sauce. Rub it in evenly and spring with black pepper and seasoning salt. Cover it with plastic wrap and let it sit for about an hour at room temp.

get your grill ready.

Put the steaks on and brush with melted butter with garlic salt added. brush twice, flip steaks, brush and brush again 1/2 way done.

Take them off when they are ready and enjoy.
