Thawed out about 6 pounds of ground venision thought to be no fat for jerky. Turns out it has fat added. Now:

Any ideas on a "special" Holiday Recipe to use some of this stuff? Having our "present opening", due to everyones schedules.
So, how about it?

Tacos. Use plenty of avacado and finely chopped onion and Roma tomatoes. Use the largest tortillas you can find. Brush them lightly with evoo and do a soft taco or burrito.

It would also be ideal for chilli.
