My Nephews little secrets....I Feel Betrayed!

After harvesting a 10 point on his first day of rifle for the 2013 season, my nephew calls the next day. To my surprise he asks me, "since I already got one, I was wonderin' if you wanted to see the other bucks on my trail cams"? I didn't understand what he meant because, according to him, he only spotted one shooter....so I responded, "Do What"?........

Well, let's just see....What does it take for my sisters kid, my blood relative, to intentionally keep a secret from his uncle/hunting partner....

cant say I wouldn't have done the same thing. I don't run trail cams but people always seem to wonder in spots that you're seeing deer so ive done it before and I know people I hunt with have done it.

That buck y'all are referring too appears to be the buck in the last pics if you look at the time sequence, looks like he just kept walking down the trail and the other two followed.

I did the same thing to a guy two years ago. We both had permission to hunt the property, but he was never there. I was running cameras, setting stands, and all he did was ask what the deer were doing. I kept two good deer from him, but I eventually came clean after the season was over. I think he hunted twice that season.
