I just got settled back in the tree I hunted from Tuesday morning. The temps aren't quite as low but there's a lot less wind and acorns are dropping like crazy this morning. I love this time of morning when you're waiting for the sun to rise and wondering what is making all of the noises you are hearing.

I'm in the same tree I was on Tuesday as well. Last time I had 7 or 8 deer in range with an open shot at one of them but she smelled me. Will see how today goes, and good luck to you

Yeah, I love that part too. In your mind every one of those noises is a big buck - the days holds infinite potential as you wait for 1st light. Nothing else like it.
