My 2024 archery bucks

I have been away from the forum for a little while and since I haven't killed anything this year yet I figured I'd share my amazing bucks from last season. I was lucky enough to kill an East TN giant on Nov. 10th. He ended up scoring 172" gross and is by far my biggest ever. I am often called crazy for bow hunting during muzzleloader or gun seasons, but that's what I enjoy doing.

I also was fortunate enough to kill a really good Alabama public land buck the first week of January. I took a last minute random trip to a state I've never hunted and caught up to this big 8 pt. He's a little over 120 gross.

And folks should take note of what 120" ACTUALLY looks like. I see people throw that number around a lot like it's nothing significant. Same with 130". But when you actually have the tape out a real 120" rack is BIG.

Absolutely!!! I'm usually really conservative on scoring deer. I'd rather underestimate something than overestimate. The big deer on the other hand I underestimated him quite a bit via trail cam pic because he field dressed 191 lb's. Once October got here his body and neck was so big it made his antlers look smaller.

Wow. Awesome deer. Im the same way. Killing a deer with a gun doesnt do much for me anymore, but the bow definitely does
