he has his life time sportman licenes and he has lost his temp kill tag how can i get anouther one or can he wate tell he killes a deer and then give them his twra number off his licenes. thats the way he had to do it the first time he killed a deer.

Just give them the license. No big deal. I never keep my daughters from year to year.
