I haven't used them, but any cut-on-contact head is a good place to start. Fred Eichler uses them exclusively, and has done very well with them. You can check out his Traditional Harvests DVD's...

Grizzly, Bison, Elk, Mountain Lion...all with that head.

Or maybe he uses them because they are excellent broadheads. I use them and like them. I use the 220 grain version with the bleeder blades. For me, they fly great and have excellent penetration.

There are a lot of excellent broadheads out there. The main things are to get them shaving sharp and put them in the kill zone.
