mine is from the early 70`s and doesnt have the redfield flag on the side,,that is probably from the mid 80`s.

I wish Leupold would take the big red letters off the new onew,,I might buy one if they did..

cool stuff though,,when I was a kid I could shoot that 700 with that wideview 6x in the woods like a shotgun..

or in your case change it to [color:#33CC00] R[/color]

but they match well with the [color:#CC0000]W [/color]
