Food Plots Mowed

Messed around and didn't get the clover plots sprayed this spring, got all the junk mowed down today

Whitetail institute originally then top sowed heavily this past winter frost seeding ladino from co op just grabbed several pounds of they had. Limed really heavy back in February too

Back when I first started experimenting with food plots, my BIL and I mowed our 2 acres with gas-powered weed-eaters! Oh that was brutal in August. Then we moved up to a DR walk-behind brush mower. Then we moved up to an ATV pull-behind 48" brush cutter. Now that we have 8 acres of food plots, we've finally got a tractor and bushhog.

Good one. My pull-behind brush-cutter was a Swisher. Lasted for years and did a pretty good job.
