I've seen people wearing these wrist bands to keep mosquitoes away. Are these effective? Sure would beat me trying to bring a thermacell up a tree.

funny you brought this up....yesterday i pulled the trigger and bought one of those leafy suits from walmart for $52....it also had on there bug suit....I wore it over some shorts and t shirt yesterday and went into the cypress swamp for 3 hours scouting some public land....i brought the thermacell just in case. I was beyond amazed at the leafy suit....

1 I was much cooler because the wind blows right through it and heat can be released easier
2 and most impressive is i got bit by one mosquito and that was on my exposed finger...normally i would have been swallowing mosquitoes...i dont know what it was but thats the best $52 ive spent in a while.....durability is yet to be determined but so far im impressed.
