with the price of ammo,,I am lookin for a good 22 handgun,,it takes me a while to decide on these things,,leaning towards the S&W M17 now,,just something about a quality revolver that I cant resist

Have you looked at the US firearms new 22.... It is a 12 shot revolver done on the Colt Single action.... VERY nice guns... ( just wish they did them in case colored...

That 22 mag will be good as it will even penetrate most stuff.

Got one, but it not for sale. Also got a Mod 48-22mag, Mod 27-357, and a Mod 29-44mag. All with 8 3/8" barrels. Pretty set when laying out together. The Mod 48 is my baby, I looked for 3 yrs before finding one.
