Military license question

My cousin is a Marine and will be coming in this week to get married and wants to bow hunt a day or two. I remember a topic of it last year but cant remember what all he needs to be legal and his driver's license is Tennessee but if you could give me a list of what he needs id greatly appreciate it or steer me in the direction Thank you TWRA

He has to be Hunter Safety certified.

He will need a copy of his leave papers to meet the military license exemption. A weekend pass does not meet that criteria.
