Meat curing thread?

I seem to remember a couple but can't find them. I'd like to give it a try. ...just looking for some guidance.

I'll see if our li-berry has the book...but honestly its hard for me to pick up a book since college. Reading online is just different for some reason. I guess its the ability to search for the most pertinent info. ...probably not the best way to learn though.
