Took the boy's Super Bantam to the range the other day to run some slugs through it. With the FF3 and Turkey loads I really didn't mind the trigger being so heavy but with a scope and slugs I really noticed it. Did some research and found Mcarbo's trigger spring kit for the 500s, went ahead and ordered a kit for the bantam. Any of you guys run this kit in your 500 and what do you think about it?

I run one on my 835. Did wonders on the trigger on mine. Be sure to take your time when taking it apart. Their videos are really helpful.

I've been looking at several vids on changing them out and it doesn't look that complicated,

I can't remember but I'm thinking it brought my trigger pull down around 50% or more.

I put one in my 870 20 gauge and it made a huge difference.

Got them in my 835 really lightened the pull.

I put one one my 870 20g and it brought the trigger pull down to less than 3lbs.
