Making some butts

Rubbed these 3 butts down about 25lbs. Figure I will get 19lbs of pulled pork.

Bone Suckin Sauce rub. First time I have used it, I did add cayenne and red pepper flakes, as the rub doesnt have any heat.

Yes these were bone in. After trimming, smoking, and pulling I actually ended up with 15lbs of Q. Had about a .5-1lb of fat and other tissue that I removed when pulling apart. So that was about 10lbs of weight loss.
