Mahi Mahi, Shrimp, Bell Pepper, and rice. Pan seared in butter. Put my own homemade rub on it. It was fire .

It does! A place in Frogmore makes a blackened Mahi taco appetizer! One of the best fish dishes I have eaten.

I caught one in Costa Rica. Capt of the boat suggested I keep it and take it to a local restaurant and have it cooked. Without a doubt the best tasting fish the wife and I ever ate.

I've had some Maui Wowi before, but fish wasn't involved. I do remember some Cool Ranch Doritos being consumed though.

When we were out in July a school of them swam up our captain says, "time for some Mowi Wowis" I was thinking "oh geez I got my 9 year old out here with us"….he was talking about fish lol
