looking for new scope

Im looking for a new scope to put on the deer rifle, just wondering what yall prefer. im looking around the price range of 100-140.

Bass Pro's Redhead scopes are mostly made by Bushnell and sell significantly cheaper. THe Red Head Epic 2-7X32 is on my ML and it works fine.

Stay away from 50 mm's. They are heavy, bulky, ugly and have to be mounted in high rings

I love 50 mm's. Great at gathering light at that critical last 10 min of legal shooting or early morning light.

I don't like 50s either. I just ordered a Burris FF II in 2-7X35; it will mount a lot lower than a 50mm, and it's superior coatings and light transmission will make it brighter than a 50 mm with inferior coatings.
