I have 4 gentleman including myself who are looking for a lease in Sumner Co, or somewhere close by. We are QDM, and would like to work and manage the land with the owners permission to build a quality population. i would strongly suggest going in as a group of 5 and buying a property. much much cheaper in long run and typically land investments accrue in value. i'd wager that landman on here can point you in the right direction. here is another great resource

Unfortunately that's acquiring money that none of us are currently able to spend. I understand the investment and the fact that it may be cheaper in the long run, but talking our wives into that is another thing all together. For now we will need to stick with a lease.

That trac of land you put in the link I have looked at and am willing to buy. I am willing to put up my credit and money to go in and buy this land as a group if there is anyone interested. My father is also interested in this . Right now with just me and him looking to buy its a lil over 50k per person and your looking at a payment of a lil over $650 with just 2 people. Its great land with a lot of woods surrounding it as well. If anyone gets to the buying process before I do or wants to work out a deal and a contract PM me.
