Back when I was learning to deer hunt, I was always reading these articles saying to learn to look for pieces of deer. I never found that to be as useful as learning how to train your eyes for movement. Now I sort of "look at nothing" while scanning for movement. In essence, I don't focus my eyes on any one thing and just let me eyes settle into "movement detectors."Not by my camera or by my wit, only because I seen them moving before I snapped the pic. It makes me wonder how many deer I have overlooked in seasons- past....![]()
