I decided to shoot a long range 10 shot group. I found out this gun can shoot way better than I can.

Benjamin Marauder .22cal 2500 PSI 55 yds 10 shot string. Crosman Premier 14.3 gr pellet.

I dont have a chrony. But the test report I got from the factory shows a 10 shot string at 2000 psi ranging from 842 fps to 856fps. After I learn the gun I will tune it up to a little over 900 fps. It will tune up to 1000 fps, But I have heard it is most accurate around 900fps.

Here is my 3 shot group from today. tally so far is 2 house sparrows and 1 ground hog that ran in the hole after I thumped him from about 60 yds.

I have an RWS model 54 that shoots 1100 fps with one chocolate chip cookie of the lever. and I use it squirrel hunting and will drop them dead from the highest part of the tree. I have plucked many a black bird with it at 40 yds. I won it in a fishing tournament years ago. I noticed they sell for around $700 now!It is not your old DAISY BB gun for sure! :o

I have a mod 54 in .177 cal. I like it pretty well, it just seems too loud for hunting now that I have a marauder.

interesting.... I've never shot a "new model" air gun.

Does the price of them justify compared to a .22 rimfire?

amazing groups by the way!
