Lock-on?

Big Game Boss XL

It has the footrest but no shooting rail. I know you can buy a shooting rest separately. It has a big platform and a big seat. I have other hang-ons that have a small seat and they can be very uncomfortable. The bigger the seat is, the more room between you and the tree.

No shooting rail but Millenium M-100 most comfortable stand period. Summit Viper second most comfortable.

he said lock on... not climber

I know the summit is a climber, I have one of each. You can also use a climber as a lockon if needed. Just giving the man options.

i don't know of many lock ons that have a shooting rail.

i hang my lock ons in trees that are suitable for standing though. not sitting.
All of my big game hang ons have a shooting rail. They are really comfortable also..

Not many hang ons come with a shooting rest. The ones that do make it difficult to climb into the stand. You're better off taking an adjustable shooting stick with you when gun hunting.

the bone collector one comes with shoot rest and a foot rest. Really comfortable and not too hard to get in. Walmart has them for 89 bucks. I bought 2 and my 10 year has no problem getting in it.

I have a Millenium M100, Lone Wolf Alpha II and a few Big Game Boss XL stands (I leave them them out all season because they are heavy). The Millennium M100 is by far the most comfortable lock on and it's not even close. I prefer the Lone Wolf Alpha II for mobile, shorter hunts. It is lighter and packs really nice, but for a comfortable lock-on you can't beat the Millennium. I have slept way too many hours in mine.....

Been using these for many years...Gorilla brand cheapos...works for me and pretty easy setup....

Millenium makes a very comfortable loc on, but a word to the wise! ALWAYS put a second strap on the bottom of the stand in addition to the bracket the stand hangs in! These stands come together in a very narrow strip at the bottom where the platform meets the tree, and they WILL kick sideways if not strapped to the tree!! I was lucky and it didnt cause me to fall but it sure made me more cautious!

I love my Millenium. I do this as well, add another strap around the bottom.
