live trapping

I have an armadillo digging the yard up bad and I am going to try and give it a new zip code. I live in the Oakland city limits or it would be shot on site. Anything against me trapping and relocating. Thanks, Scott

What is illegal about it? the relocating? trapping? with a small game hunting and trapping license it is year round and no limit for hunting, but don't see anything on trapping.
