Live bait near watts bar

Is there anywhere around watts bar dam to buy live shad or shiners? Big ones.

Not that I know of. Hillbilly Heaven had 3 to 4 inch shiners last week but that's not really big. He said they were getting very few gizzards or skipjack and they sell out almost immediately after they announce they have them.

Big Fish Outfitters isn't too far and they have tanks with small, med, and large.
