Ok. So the license is for the annual resident sportsmans license. Is that correct? The license have increased.

Those "package deals" are some sort of marketing deal that contain some other permits or privileges. The TWRA license catalog still shows the Type 04 Annual Sportsman License at $165.

TWRA has now removed the Federal Duck stamp from this bundle and adjusted the price accordingly to $170. That includes the Annual Sportsman License ($165) and the hard card ($5.00).

If you don't want the hard card, you can still order the Type 004 Annual Sportsman License from the License Catalog at the top of the screen.
