I was pretty excited when I first realized there was a "sports talk" forum on here and then realized all that people were talking about was vols football. That somehow talking about some other team or sport was frowned upon and "this" was a TN Forum and all we were suppose to talk about was vols football.

Happily over the years things have change quite a bit. Influx of new members plus some people coming out of the woodwork willing to "discuss" other teams and other sports has lead to it being a true "SPORT TALK" forum.

I already did this morning to prove a point..... Unless it's about a few teams represented on here. Nobody really cares...

Its ok.. I have pretty thick skin. I usually talk about whats on the forefront of NCAA Football and whats going on in the rest of the SEC for the most part. There are threads I choose not to participate in as well. Its all good.

ALABAMA and Clemson are arguably the two most RELEVANT teams in all of NCAA football as of right now. Have been for quite some time. So yeah there is good reason to talk about them.

I believe saban is there until he wins one more NC. I think he planned on leaving after last season honestly, thought he had it in the bag. He was gonna go out on top and get his hip surgery over with and enjoy riding off in the sunset, but dabo and Clemson had other plans.

Saban just signed a 7 year deal 2 years ago . He's not going Anywhere
