Would you please settle a debate that's going on regarding this? Is this considered bait, or is this legal during the TN season?
It says mineral block, but the part that bothers me is the wording that states, "Wild berry and molasses flavoring for superior palatability."
It appears to me to be more than just minerals and vitamins.

If it is just flavoring, I don't think it would make it bait.

The mineral blocks that are bait contain corn and other grains mixed in.
