Page 14 of hunting guide under "prohibited acts" # 5 states: "no person shall make use of bait to take wildlife unless the bait has been removed and any electronic feeder has been disabled at least 10 days prior to hunting ". First thing is I think the "unless the bait has been removed" should be replaced with "and the bait must be removed " to be more straight forward. But my question is I use gravity feeders so as long as they are empty 10 days before I hunt the area I am legal? I was under the impression the entire feeder needed to be removed. Thanks in advance.
