Took the boat and rode Cold Creek at Tully yesterday to see how bad the river got up and maybe see how it would affect bow season this year. Not everything is under water with this round of flooding, but lot of ground is. Hopefully the mother nature will stop with all this rain and the river will start falling out. Its real unusual to see it this high during July.

I took a few photos and figured id share with y'all.

To bad it doesn't do this during duck season. It would make for some AWESOME timber hunts!!

Great pics! You're making me want to go up there and run my boat this weekend. The latest river forecast shows a fall, but it'll be a slow fall, 1/2 foot per day or so over the next month (this prediction is without any substantial rain in the Upper Miss and Ohio River Valleys).

On a side note, this does not bode well for the turkey poults and any nests that may have existed when the water came up.

Thanks for the pictures, brings back some memories when I once hunted that place.
I've been wanting to hunt some of my old spots again.

I wish it would fall out and stay out. Its bad when you can run a boat right up to the tree you hunt out of.
I agree. Flooding stinks! It's bad when you have to clean out 20 ft trees ands because of high water.
