Run a hen off nest with dozen or so eggs today cutting hay, hate it when that happens,

I guess maybe she lost the first clutch and then re-nested.

Yeah she flew off an I left maybe ten ft circle around nest,typically in the past when this happens the nest gets raided or worse she gets got
