Landowner Question

My Son is considering buying a piece of property in Tn. We are both residents of Tn.

My question is this. Since its my son would I be able to hunt his land under the Landowner exemption? Or would I be required to buy a Lic to hunt his land? Same question pertains to his sister. Would she be considered a landowner as well since she is blood relation?

You would not qualify for any of the landowner exemptions on his land.

His sister would not qualify as well.
